Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Delivery Manager in Healthcare focusing on Medicaid and Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of healthcare projects modernizing systems for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer operations
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific regulations while maintaining operational efficiency
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding digital transformation initiatives to enhance care quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in consulting, program management, or product delivery within healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including Medicaid/Medicare and claims administration
• Proven ability to lead large-scale healthcare transformation projects with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in navigating federal and state healthcare regulations, including CMS compliance and HIPAA
• Experience with EHR/EMR, data integration, and analytics solutions is highly desirable
