Job Summary

As the senior product authority, the full-time hybrid Healthcare Product Leader will manage the strategic development and governance of the Global Healthcare product portfolio, ensuring alignment with underwriting strategies and market conditions while coordinating across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the development and maintenance of the Global Healthcare product portfolio, including policy forms and coverage solutions
• Establishes a multi-year product strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure effective product implementation and governance throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in insurance, underwriting, product development, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in leading product-development initiatives and regulatory implementations
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, or ARM preferred
• Healthcare insurance industry experience, particularly in Medical Professional Liability, is highly preferred
