Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery, problem definition, and solution design for the enrollment experience to streamline workflows
• Partner cross-functionally to design and improve the proprietary Care Management platform
• Work end-to-end across the product development lifecycle, from discovery to iteration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Deep empathy for clinicians, care teams, and patients
• Experience in a small-team environment with a hands-on approach
• Familiarity with AI and its application in improving workflows
• Motivated by the mission to improve the healthcare system
