Healthcare Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product delivery in a remote contract role, the Healthcare Product Manager will manage a mix of COTS platforms and custom applications, focusing on pharmacy, claims, and member-facing workflows for a Medicare Advantage population.

Key responsibilities

• Own product direction from roadmap through delivery for commercial platforms and custom applications
• Partner with stakeholders and product teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Guide enterprise integration connecting pharmacy, claims, care management, and member services systems

Required qualifications

• Product management experience in the healthcare payer domain, specifically with Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims, or Member Services
• Strongly preferred experience with Pharmacy Hub
• Hands-on experience with COTS platform management and custom application development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business leaders and engineering teams
