Healthcare Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager with Healthcare Domain Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product backlog, refining and prioritizing user stories for the development team
• Translate high-level goals and clinical needs into detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from stakeholders and assist with release planning and communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping products in the healthcare domain and understanding health data complexities
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, NHS standards) and technical interoperability protocols (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
• Proven project management experience with a user-focused approach
• Ability to turn data and customer feedback into actionable insights
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira and Confluence) is a plus
