Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to enhance and automate the patient surgical journey using AI-driven voice agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain alignment
• Translate clinical and operational needs into product requirements and user stories
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and data insights

Required Qualifications

• Strong product management experience in a stakeholder-heavy environment
• Experience with AI products, particularly voice agents, chatbots, or conversational AI tools
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage Jira workflows
• Experience working with clinicians or business leadership in complex environments
• Highly proactive with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
