Healthcare Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product roadmap for GoTo Connect for Healthcare, the full-time remote Healthcare Product Manager will define strategic initiatives based on customer insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the 12-month product roadmap based on customer discovery and market data
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver differentiated healthcare solutions and expanded EHR integrations
• Lead customer discovery efforts and translate insights into product requirements and integration strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products, preferably in communications or healthcare
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including HIPAA and EHR ecosystems
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes such as improved win rates and reduced churn
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate AI opportunities
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing without authority
