Job Summary

Leading the Healthcare Platform vision, the full-time remote Healthcare Product Manager will own the product roadmap, enhance platform features for medical logistics, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and metrics for the Healthcare Platform, focusing on adoption and retention
• Leverage logistics expertise to solve complex operational workflows and improve shipment visibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to align platform enhancements with business goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy software
• Proven ability to define product goals and inspire teams to deliver impactful user experiences
• Demonstrated experience leading product initiatives across diverse functional groups
• Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields; MBA is a plus
