Healthcare Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product discovery and strategy, the full-time Healthcare Product Manager will engage with customers to understand their needs, translate objectives into actionable backlogs, and define key results to track progress, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously engage with customers to understand the problem space and design experiments to test hypotheses
• Translate quarterly objectives into a prioritized backlog based on evidence and customer research
• Define key results to measure success and maintain feedback loops to assess product performance

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in a discovery-led and outcome-oriented context
• Proven ability to conduct customer and user research and test hypotheses
• Experience with SaaS products in healthcare, institutional, or enterprise environments
• Strong curiosity about product development processes
