Healthcare Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and lifecycle of healthcare certification product portfolios, the full-time remote Healthcare Product Manager will manage product performance, gather insights from various stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic product owner for assigned credentialing or healthcare certification product portfolios, overseeing product strategy and lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain product portfolio strategies and roadmaps that address customer needs and market relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction, evaluate effectiveness, and translate priorities into actionable plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in product management or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing complex external-facing products throughout their lifecycle
• Experience using customer insights and performance data to inform product strategy
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including certification, assessment, and finance
