Healthcare Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Provider Analytics portfolio, the full-time Healthcare Product Manager will define, prioritize, and enhance products, particularly the InfoDive platform, while championing Agile practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps and enhancement strategies for assigned Provider Analytics products
- Champion the transition to an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) framework, ensuring effective planning and delivery
- Engage with healthcare providers to gather feedback and translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements
Required qualifications
- B.S./B.A. required; M.B.A. or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the healthcare provider space
- Proven success managing products throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful products in complex business environments
