Healthcare Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and delivery of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Risk Adjustment solutions, the full-time Healthcare Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance documentation accuracy, optimize risk capture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving risk score accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Translate regulatory changes into actionable product requirements and drive interoperability-focused product design
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product adoption and contribute to long-term product strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare product management or analytics, including 2+ years in risk adjustment products
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk adjustment and interoperability frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC, and Medicaid Risk Adjustment models
