Healthcare Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Healthcare Product Operations Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for managing payer and clinical data, supporting software testing, and driving process improvements while collaborating across departments to enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payer and clinical data, create and execute test strategies for software and AI/NLP features
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test and validate NLP models, providing feedback for improvements
• Take initiative on projects, organize requests, and contribute to process improvements across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or applicable healthcare experience in lieu of a degree
• Prior relevant experience in healthcare or utilization management strongly preferred
• Experience with AI/NLP model testing or annotation is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10-CM coding, Medicare/Medicaid, and NCD/LCD is beneficial
