Healthcare Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare software, the full-time hybrid Product Operations & QA Specialist will own end-to-end testing and support for product areas, design and improve testing plans, and define release criteria while collaborating with product management and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing and support for one or more product areas
• Design, maintain, and improve testing plans, regression suites, and QA checklists
• Triage and route complex or high-impact issues to the appropriate stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital or clinic) required
• Strong ability to prioritize testing and support work based on risk and impact
• Familiarity with regression and feature testing frameworks
• Experience with tier-one support workflows and systematic analysis of support tickets
• Self-motivated team player with proven ability to manage goals and deadlines effectively
