Healthcare Product Strategy VP

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end healthcare solution strategy, the full-time remote Healthcare Product Strategy VP will manage market segmentation, engage with senior healthcare stakeholders, and drive strategic partnerships to enhance Citrix's presence in the healthcare technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the healthcare solution strategy, including market segmentation and roadmap alignment
• Engage with healthcare CIOs and other leaders to integrate market insights into Citrix's healthcare roadmap
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand Citrix's relevance in healthcare workflows

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of product, technology, or solutions leadership experience, particularly in healthcare technology
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider and payer environments, clinical workflows, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to define product strategy and build relationships with executive customers
• Experience collaborating with healthcare CIOs, CTOs, and ecosystem partners
