Job Summary
Leading production support for tier-one enterprise healthcare applications, the full-time Healthcare Production Support Lead will ensure service availability and performance while collaborating with various teams to resolve incidents and improve services in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production support, ensuring application reliability and performance
- Manage P1 and P2 incident responses, coordinating communications and resolutions
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and enhance operational dashboards using monitoring tools
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of information technology experience, with at least 7 years in production or application support
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise-grade applications in a 24/7 environment
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PL/SQL, and debugging stored procedures
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace
- Experience collaborating with vendor partners and distributed teams
