Job Summary
Managing integrated healthcare professional media campaigns, the full-time Healthcare Professional Media Manager will lead media strategy, audience targeting, and campaign execution for the Transcatheter Heart Valve business unit, with options for hybrid or remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead media strategy for HCP campaigns, establishing goals and overseeing campaign activation and optimization
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and serve as a strategic advisor on media direction and recommendations
- Support audience segmentation and channel strategy development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 8 years of work experience, or a Master's Degree with 6 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including HCP media channels and campaign measurement
- Experience managing HCP media campaigns, with knowledge of audience targeting and media ad tech
- Proven ability to develop insight-driven media briefs and long-term media strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
