Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Care Navigation Programs to join their Care Navigation Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate overall departmental performance through data analysis and metric interpretation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years of experience in delivering projects independently and within a team
• 2+ years of experience using data and metrics for program improvements
• Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives with defined project plans and resource coordination
• Bonus: Master's Degree, SQL experience, PMP or Program Management Certifications, Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
