Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to provide enterprise leadership for vendor-led healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor-driven healthcare programs from planning through execution and outcome reporting
• Partner with Health Plans and cross-functional stakeholders to drive engagement and track utilization data
• Manage vendor performance and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in program or portfolio management in healthcare
• Preferred: Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 10+ years of program management experience in healthcare
• Preferred: 3-5+ years of vendor management experience in healthcare
