Job Summary

To support the Future Healthcare Leaders program, the full-time salaried Healthcare Program Director will manage daily operations, teach pre-professional healthcare courses, and provide individualized mentoring to students, all in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach courses essential for pre-professional healthcare preparation and develop curriculum
• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Future Healthcare Leaders program
• Track and analyze student retention and progression data to support student success and program improvement

Required qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD or terminal degree preferred
• A minimum of two years of university-level teaching experience and prior management experience
• Expertise in healthcare and science-related areas preferred
• Online teaching experience and knowledge of healthcare education pathways
• Ability to interpret and implement accreditation criteria and state regulations
