Healthcare Program Director
Job Summary
Experienced in the HealthRules Payer ecosystem, the full-time remote Healthcare Program Director will lead the delivery, governance, and operational excellence of an Administrative Platform services initiative, ensuring compliance and strategic growth while managing multiple project dependencies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall service delivery strategy and align objectives to client business outcomes
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence
- Oversee major incident management and drive operational metrics for successful program delivery
Required qualifications
- At least 20 years of experience in the HealthRules Payer ecosystem
- Experience with Healthcare Payer Administration Platforms and Claims Adjudication
- Knowledge of EDI Transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271)
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience in large-scale managed services and platform operations
