Healthcare Program Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Care Navigation Programs to join their Care Navigation Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including creating project plans and engaging stakeholders
• Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist in developing departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication and program strategies for successful change management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years of experience in delivering projects/programs independently and within a team
• 2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
• Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including project planning and resource coordination
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Big Query, and/or Excel
