Healthcare Program Management VP

Job Summary

Leading a global team of program managers, the full-time salaried Healthcare Program Management VP will oversee new product introductions and execution across manufacturing locations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage program status, assess risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure successful program execution
• Engage with BU leadership and customer executives to align strategies and resolve program-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement in product development and NPI processes while defining metrics to measure program performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15 years of experience in product development, NPI, and manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in cross-functional program management across design engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of program management processes and tools (e.g., phase/gate processes, Agile, MS Project)
• Demonstrated organizational leadership and development with P/L experience and strong financial acumen
