Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Prior Auth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales healthcare implementations and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and adapt to shifting timelines and capacity constraints
• Prepare and present implementation materials to stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing complex implementations and strategic initiatives in the healthcare space
• Technical acumen with familiarity in X12, FHIR, and prior authorization workflows
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience working directly with various levels of customers
• Demonstrated balance of business, operational, and technical experience in customer delivery
