Healthcare Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Program Manager (CSM) to lead complex implementations for large healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program-level execution for enterprise healthcare clients implementing multiple solutions
• Manage escalation processes and drive cross-functional responses during issues
• Establish program governance structures and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, project, or client delivery management, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including patient experience and quality improvement
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field is a plus
• Project Management certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus
