Healthcare Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Program Manager to lead complex, cross-solution implementations for large healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely program status reporting across all workstreams
• Own the escalation process and drive cross-functional responses during escalations
• Establish and maintain program governance structures and facilitate governance meetings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, project, or client delivery management, preferably in consulting or healthcare
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation discipline
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field is a plus
• Project Management certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus
