Healthcare Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting a large healthcare payer organization, the contract Healthcare Program Manager will manage complex healthcare technology programs remotely, focusing on enterprise application development and system integration initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee healthcare technology projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive project outcomes
- Utilize knowledge of cloud-based platforms and Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience within the healthcare payer industry
- Functional knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims, or Member Services
- Proven experience in leading enterprise application development and system integration initiatives
- Familiarity with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms and custom application development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
