Job Summary
Leading the development and continuous improvement of innovative healthcare education programs, the full-time remote Healthcare Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, learner-centered curriculum aligned with workforce demands and certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and launch of new cohort-based healthcare education programs
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for partnerships and represent the organization in partner meetings
- Monitor program metrics and learner performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, academic program management, or program development
- Experience supporting curriculum development or educational content creation
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and external partnerships
- Strong research and analytical skills
