Healthcare Program Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative healthcare education programs, the full-time remote Healthcare Program Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, launch, and enhance high-quality healthcare programs aligned with workforce demands and learner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal departments and external partners to develop and launch new healthcare programs
• Conduct research on industry trends and healthcare workforce needs to inform program strategy
• Contribute to program and curriculum planning, ensuring alignment with learner engagement strategies and assessment considerations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in online education, workforce training, or healthcare education
• Experience supporting curriculum or program design initiatives
• Familiarity with healthcare education programs and workforce pathways
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy and learner engagement best practices
