Job Summary

Managing community health resources remotely, the contract Healthcare Project Consultant will oversee operational management, streamline workflows, and manage relationships with community-based organizations to enhance health outcomes across designated clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the community hub resource desk vendor and liaise with on-site community partners for effective service delivery
• Collaborate with local clinic leadership to streamline daily operations, track performance, and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Manage community benefit-funded initiatives, ensuring compliant allocation and tracking of emergency resources
