Healthcare Project Lead

Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Manager Services Project Lead will manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and utilize data insights to enhance performance in a hybrid role focused on healthcare services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple client engagements to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client expectations
• Analyze client performance across key revenue cycle metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing status updates and actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including planning and execution
• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including patient access, billing, and collections
• 3+ years of experience analyzing operational data and translating insights into measurable improvements
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with accountability for outcomes and satisfaction
• Experience managing third-party vendors or external resources preferred
