Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle client implementations from kickoff to go-live and stabilization
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence
• Create and manage project plans, track risks, and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in healthcare technology implementations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
• Comfortable with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and automation logic
• Excellent project planning and organization capabilities
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
