Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term strategic relationships
• Lead end-to-end program management from data specification through QA and delivery, ensuring timely execution
• Oversee the QA, packaging, and delivery of complex healthcare datasets while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proven customer-facing experience with strong technical outcome delivery
• Expertise in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis
• Deep knowledge of various healthcare data modalities, including EHR and claims
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques in healthcare data
• Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
