Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Operations - Project Manager Innovation & Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines and outcomes with organizational goals
• Manage resources and workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement by optimizing processes and promoting best practices

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within healthcare operations
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare or IT
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems is a plus
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
• Completion of a competency assessment prior to the team interview is required
