Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager, this remote contract position will lead interoperability initiatives, managing daily project execution and collaborating with provider partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interoperability workstream within an enterprise transformation program
• Drive daily execution, tracking, and reporting for provider interoperability initiatives
• Organize and operationalize work into scalable, repeatable processes while maintaining program rigor

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare program or project management
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability (FHIR, APIs, provider data exchange)
• PMP certification
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams in a large, matrixed organization
• Proficiency in FHIR/HL7 technologies
