Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the transition from Lawson to Workday, the contract Healthcare Project Manager will manage the implementation of GHX modules, coordinate integration efforts, and ensure successful project execution while working remotely with potential monthly or quarterly client travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation activities and integration efforts for GHX modules including Data Connect, CCX, and Bill Only
• Support testing activities, issue tracking, and project documentation while communicating across supply chain, ERP, and technical teams
• Drive project timelines, manage risks, and provide stakeholder updates to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications:

• Project management experience supporting enterprise implementation projects
• Experience with GHX implementation or GHX module support
• Knowledge of ERP implementation, particularly with Lawson and Workday integration
• Experience coordinating testing activities and managing project timelines and stakeholder communications
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and healthcare supply chain workflows
