Job Summary

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for healthcare clients, the full-time remote UKG Project Manager will develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, ensuring timely and successful project completion
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• PMP Certification is a plus
