Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the onboarding and deployment of digital health solutions, the contract Site Lead / Project Manager will coordinate site activations, engage stakeholders, and manage project delivery while working remotely on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site onboarding and deployment activities to achieve project objectives within established timelines and scope
• Coordinate implementation efforts across clinics, healthcare providers, operational teams, and technology partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience within a healthcare environment
• Experience leading implementations, deployments, or onboarding activities for digital health or clinical technology solutions
• Proven experience working with physicians, clinical teams, operational stakeholders, executives, and external vendors
• Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
