Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive accreditation readiness for Behavioral Health Care and Telehealth, the full-time contract Solutions Consultant, Clinical Strategy will manage project plans, conduct gap analyses, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and maintain the master Project Work Plan for TJC accreditation readiness, establishing clear milestones across teams
• Identify compliance risks and dependencies, proactively updating the roadmap and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Organize and manage internal mock audits and readiness drills to ensure operational teams are prepared for survey execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, operations, or management consulting, preferably in health tech or clinical settings
• Proven track record of leading complex regulatory or accreditation readiness initiatives from gap analysis through execution
• Exceptional strategic and project management skills with the ability to influence peers and senior leadership
• Strong ability to distill complex clinical insights and regulatory requirements into actionable executive summaries
• A highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can create structure out of ambiguity
