Job Summary
Leading comprehensive assessments of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) operations, the full-time remote Healthcare Project Manager will manage process efficiency improvements, system interoperability, and financial performance in collaboration with various healthcare stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end assessment and documentation of LTSS business processes across various workflows
- Analyze interactions between healthcare platforms to identify gaps in processes and data flows
- Develop actionable remediation roadmaps and transformation strategies to enhance operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, business transformation, or healthcare operations
- Strong experience with QNXT and healthcare payer platforms, including claims and authorization workflows
- Experience with Pega-based healthcare workflows and process analysis
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level deliverables
