Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the successful execution of complex healthcare projects, the full-time Healthcare Technical Project Manager will manage timelines, resources, and communication across teams while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project documentation aligned with best practices and contractual requirements
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, ensuring timely completion of tasks and updating dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, or an advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing technical or data-driven projects is preferred
• PMP certification is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual environment
