Healthcare Project Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) review process, the full-time remote Healthcare Project Specialist will manage daily administrative workflows, facilitate review requests, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of IDR reviews.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate review requests and implement processes to track case progress and timeliness
• Collaborate with IDRE team members to prescreen IDR cases for eligibility and achieve department goals
• Coordinate and document data to meet informational and reporting needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or five years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in a healthcare specialty
• Minimum of two years of project support experience in a corporate or professional environment
• Experience in IDR or claims, appeal, and denial processes preferred
• Project management skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based portals
