Healthcare Provider Practice Director

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Healthcare & Life Sciences business, the full-time Senior Industry Practice Director Healthcare Provider will engage with health systems and provider organizations to develop market insights, drive executive-level customer engagement, and create repeatable sales strategies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build a clear point of view on the Healthcare Provider market by documenting current practices and identifying future opportunities for provider organizations
• Analyze opportunity size and prioritize workflows in collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams to drive business value
• Drive executive-level customer engagement by advising senior leaders and contributing to outcome-focused conversations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare with hands-on experience in Provider organizations such as health systems or hospitals
• Experience in provider-side functions including Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, or Care Management
• Proven ability to drive or influence large-scale transformation initiatives within health systems
• Familiarity with EHR systems and provider regulatory dynamics
• Background in digital transformation or operational leadership roles within healthcare settings
