Job Summary

To support the growth of a national telehealth provider network, the remote Provider Recruiting Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for various healthcare roles, including Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
  • Draft and post job opportunities across multiple platforms and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Manage candidate workflows in the applicant tracking system and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive and efficient communicator with a customer service-focused approach
