Healthcare QA Engineer

Job Summary

To support the testing and validation of PEGA-based applications in the healthcare domain, the full-time remote Healthcare QA Engineer will execute testing for workflows, case management, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute testing for PEGA workflows, case types, business rules, and decision logic
• Perform end-to-end validation across PEGA UI, APIs, and backend systems
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams for issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA testing experience in PEGA applications
• Strong understanding of PEGA workflows, case management, and business rules
• Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)
• Healthcare domain knowledge, including claims processing and authorization workflows
• Strong SQL skills for data validation
