Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist will perform a range of quality assurance duties, including conducting quality reviews, analyzing data trends, and collaborating with leadership to improve departmental processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of work assignments related to departmental workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends affecting quality and provide feedback to enhance performance
• Develop and conduct coaching sessions to address quality deficiencies and improve team performance

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain client-required clearances and pass background checks
• Completion of Teleworker Agreement and adherence to remote work policies
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer and phone systems independently
• Experience in quality assurance or related field preferred
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
