Job Summary
To lead a diverse portfolio of health policy projects, the full-time remote Healthcare Quality Measurement Researcher will support the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of quality measures while overseeing analytic workflows and quality assurance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of quality measures and specifications
- Oversee and interpret analyses of large datasets, ensuring quality and accuracy through QA/QC processes
- Communicate findings and implications to various audiences and mentor research staff in project tasks and professional development
Required qualifications
- PhD in public policy, health policy, public administration, public health, or related field; or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience presenting technical material and facilitating expert working groups
- Experience developing and writing proposals for federal agencies
- Experience with large administrative and patient-reported outcome datasets
- Familiarity with CMS's Measures Management Blueprint and direct experience with CMS is preferred
