Healthcare RCM Product Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of Metrix projects, the full-time Healthcare RCM Product Manager will partner with engineering and business leads to drive cross-functional delivery, oversee modernization and enhancements, and ensure effective communication of status and risks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Metrix projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Drive modernization and enhancements of the revenue cycle management platform
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field
• Strong technical background with strategic thinking skills
• Experience in defining product metrics and implementing data-driven product planning processes
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders
• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in revenue cycle management, is preferred
