Healthcare Recovery Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day management of healthcare recovery operations, the full-time remote Operations Manager will oversee workflow, monitor KPIs, provide team leadership, and drive process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor daily workflow and operational productivity while identifying bottlenecks
• Provide coaching, onboarding, and support to collectors and supervisors to promote accountability
• Prepare operational reports and assist with performance tracking and trend analysis

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred
