Healthcare Recovery Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day management of healthcare recovery operations, the full-time Healthcare Recovery Operations Manager will oversee workflow, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor daily workflow and operational productivity while identifying bottlenecks
• Provide coaching, support, and training for collectors and supervisors to enhance team performance
• Prepare operational reports and track KPI performance to assist leadership in performance analysis

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred background in healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle
